Rescheduling & Cancellations
For 1-on-1 sessions, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, including an initial consultation. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $100 rescheduling fee.
Payments for sessions, packages, and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If I need to reschedule your session or class for any reason, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled date.
Late Arrivals
For 1-on-1 sessions, I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $100 late fee applies.
For classes, late arrival may result in being unable to participate in the class.
Consultations
I offer a complimentary initial consultation to new clients. Because consultation time is reserved specifically for you, a no-show or cancellation without notice will result in my standard hourly rate being applied to any subsequent consultation.
